Shipping Costs

Standard shipping fees apply, but enjoy free delivery on all orders above R1500.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided via WhatsApp or email for your peace of mind.

Delivery Areas & Times

We deliver to all major city centres across South Africa. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, though please note orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays, which may slightly extend delivery times.

Returns & Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 3 working days. We will arrange an exchange, upliftment, or refund. To process your claim, please keep the products in their original packaging. Claims for opened products cannot be processed.
